JBC Architecture Studio provides comprehensive construction & technical documentation drawing sets to clients’ projects throughout the world.

Technical documentation refers to architectural working drawings comprising general layouts, assembly drawings, detailed component drawings, schedules & technical specifications documenting the relationship between its design and technology or working systems. Depending on the complexity of the building, a standard working set might contain the following drawings: architectural layout plans, fire safety, structural, heating and ventilation, water supply and sewage, electrical installations, additional detailing & data schedules etc.

Working to country-specific design codes & standards, our technical documentation comprises, but are not limited to plans, elevations and sections, detailing, schedules & coordination drawings for planning applications, tender & construction purposes.
